Yes. Lessons can be adapted to your confidence level and progressed at a pace that suits you.
Do you offer refresher lessons?
Yes, including support for drivers returning after a break or wanting to rebuild confidence.
Do you offer intensive/crash courses?
Yes, subject to availability. Please enquire for current intensive-course offers.
Which driving test centres do you cover?
Ashfield, Colwick, Watnall and Chilwell.
Can I use Paul’s car for my driving test?
Potentially, but discuss the test date, time and centre with Paul before booking. Use of the tuition car is subject to availability and suitability.
What do I need to bring to my driving test?
Bring the documents required by DVSA, including your UK driving licence. Paul will help you prepare beforehand.
How much do lessons cost?
Standard lessons are £39 per hour, with 1.5-hour, 2-hour and discounted block options. See the Prices page for the current list.
How can I pay for lessons?
Contact Paul to confirm the currently accepted payment methods when booking.
Is my lesson confirmed when I submit the form?
No. The form is an enquiry. Your lesson is confirmed only after Paul agrees the date and time with you.
How do I book a driving lesson?
Use the enquiry form, call Paul or send a WhatsApp message.
How do I rearrange a lesson?
Contact Paul as soon as possible. Standard lessons require at least 48 hours’ notice.
What is the cancellation policy for standard lessons?
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a standard lesson. Late cancellations may be charged at the full lesson price.
What’s the cancellation policy for intensive courses?
Intensive and crash courses require at least 7 days’ notice to cancel or rearrange.
Do you offer mock tests and practical-test preparation?
Yes. Lessons can include mock-test-style driving and focused practical-test preparation.
Can you help with my theory test?
Yes. Paul can support your understanding of theory topics alongside your practical lessons.
How will I know how I’m progressing?
Your progress will be reviewed during lessons, with clear feedback on strengths and areas to improve.
I’m returning to driving after a long break. Can you help?
Yes. Refresher lessons can be tailored to the areas you want to rebuild confidence in.
